Ready For School

School chums at a rural school, in the Copan Region of Honduras, in their new school uniforms. My Rotary Club sponsors a school and some us, along with other Rotarians from the Pacific Northwest, went down to deliver school supplies and books to schools in rural villages, working in partnership with the Rotary Club of Copan.  Their new backpacks filled with their uniforms and supplies are bigger than some of the kids.

  1. I bet they were really proud of their uniforms! They look splendid. Such a wonderful project to have worked on Ted. I envy you!

  2. Just when I thought a kindergartener couldn’t get any more adorable…great job Ted! That photo proves that no matter where you live in the world, you can not get a group of 5 year olds to look at the camera at the same time.

  3. They are adorable. Have you heard from the boy you sponsored?
